Needing Blog Help? Well Do I Have The Help For You!

Well like a lot of us who have blogs, we like to change things up from time to time. Some of us don't like change but it can be a good thing right. Why? Well, because it makes things more interesting for one, and keeps you coming back for another. Lol.  Well my friend Jenny from my Hero Arts group has her very own Blog Design Store and she also has her challenge site and team. I love her challenge site though I have only gotten to play once or twice. There are always amazing prizes and loads of inspiration from her team of wonderful ladies.  If you loved the look of her challenge blog and design, now you can have something like that too! Jenny's designs, are fun, cute and whimiscal. You can check out all that she has to offer for blogs here. Make sure to spread the word around about this wonderful Blog Store and have your name intered into a contest to win a cool prize.

Just wanted to all let you know that I have been doing some home projects with little time to get creative. Also I will be having some changes happening here at my blog. So if you see things go a little crazy, don't worry just my friend Jenny helping me to sort things out and make things better.

I trust that your all doing well and that Spring is happening in your corner of the world. Until next time!

Hugs & Blessings

Sweet & Sassy Blog Hop

I know that I am a little late with this, but I wanted to share with you the information about the Sweet & Sassy Blog Hop. The wonderful Korin and her team have put together a Blog Hop to say thank you to their customers for their support. There are prizes to win and you don't want to miss out. Check out the Store to see the latest new Spring images. Now I have to admit that I am thinking outside of the box here with regards to my entry. Everyone else is making spring cards but I wanted to change it up a little. I am sharing this page that I did using these Monster Friends images. I know it doesn't have spring images, but the colours sure can be spring colours. Well, at least the blue, yellow and green. Lol!  And Monsters!  Well....... they are great all year around, especially when they look this cute!!!  Lol!  Either way, I am happy how it turned out.

I don't normally share pics of my son due to my thinking it is too personal and also because I haven't scrapbooked in a veeeeeery long time. But it was fun to do this page and I am loving how funny my little guy is in this picture. To cute! Yes, Korin I did change the faces a little, added googly eyes, and added hair. Sorry! Lol! Just had to make it my own! Lol! That is the wonderful thing about Digital Images you can change them up if you like, or leave them the same.  They don't only sale Digital Stamps, but acrylic stamps as well. The selection is amazing!  Please make sure that you start out at the Sweet & Sassy Blog to start the hop okay.

You can particpate too!  Participating bloggers may add a link to their appropriate blog post using the Linky Tool at the end of the SNS Blog Hop post between 9am EST Friday, March 11th and 9pm EST Sunday, March 13th. Bloggers will then hop from blog to blog throughout the weekend to see all of the fabulous "Think Spring" themed SNSS creations.

Thanks so much for looking and hope that I have inspired you to try Sweet & Sassy Stamps.

I want to share with those of you who are visiting for the first time, that I do have Blog Candy up for grabs. You don't have to leave a comment about a favorite memory if you don't want to, but being a follower and sharing about my Blog Candy on your blog would be greatly appreciated.

Until Next Time!
Take Care & God Bless

Pretty Wooden Grain Flowers - What's This?

Did I get your attention? Hopefully! Well the flowers are not really wooden but are indeed stamped with a wooden grain background stamp to give that exact feel. The Hero Arts wood grain stamp is one of the new stamps that my mother-in-law gave me for Christmas and I love it. In our HA Flickr Group we have contest to challenge us to make a card in 90 Minutes. For anyone who is slow like me, than this really is a challenge! This card was the fruit of my labour. Lol! It is a great challenge and you can play along too when you join the group. We have so much fun! And tomorrow is another day with another one of these Scramble Challenges.

I also wanted to share that this is a new month with a new contest. You have to give this a go because you could be the next winner of  $ 50.00 worth of Hero Arts products.   Their products are the best and the service is really great too.

There is more fun going on in our Flickr group this week. We have almost hit the 50k mark for the number of uploads we have in our Flickr Pool.  Wow that is amazing! And Hero Arts is celebrating!

There are contest and even sprinklings of sparkly gems all around the HA Flickr Group. Find these gems
and you can have your name entered for a big give-away. You don't want to miss out on all the fun! Also, the famous Shari Carroll  is sharing a monthly technique that you don't want to miss. So there is lots to get you excited and lots of help along the way. With wonderful Hostesses in the group you are sure to find your way around without trouble.

Okay that is it for me. Just wanted to share this information with you and to say that I haven't forgotten about you all. My Blog Candy is still available and I would love for you to come and visit. No need to share a story if you would rather not, but being a follower or sharing on your blog or sidebar would be greatly appreciated.

I trust that your all keeping warm and safe with all this snow that most of us are having. My Dad had a heart attack last winter due to shoveling snow. He is doing okay, but he is not really himself. He needs another surgery and for you praying folk, I would ask that you keep him in your prayers. Right now we are all waiting to hear if he will need a double bye-pass or to have a stint put in place. Either way he is nervous and anxious. We are praying that the process is easy for him and that there are no complications. So in sharing that, I have to say please be careful when dealing with this snow. If it is heavy to shovel please get someone else to do it for you or if there is to much on your roof, get the professionals to remove it. Our local news reported today that doctors in this area are warning residents to not go on roofs to remove snow because the rate of falls and injuries were high. I know there is the scare of crashing roofs and home damage, but try to think of yourself first and your safety.  Okay I will stop being a Mother Hen now! Lol! I have just experienced what my family has gone through with my Dad and it really could have been avoided. I know that our homes are an investment, but these investments are nothing if we are not around to enjoy them! Okay, I am done! I promise! No more words of wisdom! Lol!

Take care and have a great weekend. Remember that tomorrow is another day filled with many wonderful memories waiting to happen.

Big Warm Hugs
Dana
