The time is here to announce the Vintage RAK Winners! I had 3 RAKS to give away, the first two being Vintage, and the other just a small RAK of scrapbooking supplies. The first name is Dorcas who made this FAB card. Check out her blog here! This card is beautiful! Be sure to check out her blog to see more of her amazing creations.
Yesterday reminded us of our special day and we have decided to do something special for our anniversary in July. We can become so busy that we sometimes over look the small things that mean so much. Holding hands, or just a gentle touch to the back/shoulder or an unexpected kiss. When God made us, He did so knowing the action of touch could sooth the soul, filling it with love, or could harm and destroy it. I want to provide the first feeling and want to provide the same to others, especially my hubby. So I encourage you to relive a great memory to help bring more joy to your life today!
Dorcas card with the muted coloures and aged/scripted paper makes a wonderful Vintage Card! Vintage can be done many ways, and I love how this is done with a country feel. Thanks Dorcas! Enjoy your prize. Please connect me so I can get your things out to you!
The second name drawn was Happy a sweet lady from the LCOM community! She was hesitate about making a card because she didn't make one before, but she so wanted to give this a try. I am not sure why she felt this way because her card was beautiful as well. Here is her card.
To check out more of her work just pop over to LCOM and go the the gallery! You did a great job sweetie. Can't wait to see what else you create.
Last name drawn for some goodies was Barb. One of the gals from my Flickr Group. Please be in touch with your addy to recieve your RAK. Thanks to all who participated and became followers. I wish I could draw everyone's name but that wouldn't be a draw would it! Lol! This was a lot of fun and I will be doing this again! Keep checking back for more give aways and hopefully, inspiration.
Don't forget the Party going on over at LCOM. Still lots of fun going on over there!
Just wanted to share that we took in our newphew's wedding yesterday! It was beautiful and I wanted to remind all of you married folks to think back to a special memory of your wedding day. Now that you have thought about it, why not share it with your love and remember it together. Better still why not try to relive that memory again. Not the event, but the feeling!

OMGoodness, Dana! You're so sweet! This was a surprise! I was going down my blog list checking for updates from people and saw a pic of my card. I was like, "Whaaat?" Wow! I won something!
I'll email my addy. Not sure if you have it already.
btw, its true about marriage and not taking it for granted. It really is a special thing especially in this day and age when so many marriages fail. Gotta keep it strong! And a "three-fold cord" is the best way. :-)
Hi Dana. I'm not sure if I'm the "Barb" you're talking about. Maybe you could let me know either way, by sending me a flickr message? Just in case there's another Barb out there. Thank you.
How fun! So happy that I was picked! Thank you Dana! I'm not sure how to email you, so instead, I'll send you a quick Flickr message with my address. And thanks again! :)
Congrats to the winners! Such beautiful, vintage creations!! :-)
Hey Dana! Thanks for the sweet comments in my blog. I was wondering how you are! You are so right about reminding ourselves to be dear to those who are close to us. Everyday is a good gift! xoxo
