Lawn Fawn Hearts Cards for Kids Blog Hop!!

Hi Everyone:
So happy that you are here today and if you are new to my blog, "Welcome"!  Today is a great day filled with loads of inspiration, fun and prizes.  All in honour of a wonderful cause.  If you would like to participate in this card drive please see my sidebar and click on the "Cards for Kids" button and this will give you all the information that you need.

Kelly over at Lawn Fawn is another lady with a big heart and helping out in this special way to promote this Card Drive, is very kind. Jennifer McQuire, along with her team of helpers have been collecting cards for sick kids for some time now.  I want to personally say " Thank You" for caring and sharing this with all of us cardmakers and especially those precious boys, and girls.  God Bless You Has You Bless Others!

Kelly wanted to take this time to welcome you all to this Blog Hop and this is what she had to say!

Hello and welcome to the Lawn Fawn Hearts Cards for Kids Blog Hop! We have all come together today to make cards for a wonderful cause, Cards for Kids! We hope to encourage you to also make cards for this great cause and have fun along the way, too! So please hop along with us, and make sure to leave comments as there will be prizes for commenters and participants! So let's get going! Also, if you are lost in the hop, you can always start at the beginning at the Lawn Fawn blog. Thank you so much for hopping along with us today!

If you came from Lai-Yoke's blog  then you are on the right track.  If you are just checking in and did not know about this blog hop, then go to the Lawn Fawn Blog to start at the beginning.  Check it out here!

So I have been really busy with making and sending cards.  And the last of the cards that I have made are these two cute ones.  I had so much fun making these and I hope that they make someone smile.  I always use "Thinking of You" or "In My Prayers" sentiments and I wanted to change it up this time.

This card is so cool!  Can you believe that I had this diecut back first when I started scrapbooking in 1999!!!  Wow where did the time go!  I bet you would love to know the answer to this joke right!  I found this joke on a kid's clean joke site and just had to use it.  Soooo ... what do you call a Blind Dinosaur?   Here is the punch line!  Wait for it! Lol!  I - don't - think - he - sauraus!  Lol!  Too cute!

I have been blogging for a year now and have been meaning to give away some blog candy, but just seem to never get around to it.  I have a good friend who happens to be my Stampin' Up Demonstrator and she is sponsoring this give away, along with some things that I have added as well.  I have a picture here and it isn't that great.  That is what happens when you take it too late in the evening!  I will add a new and better one tomorrow.  But there are some goodies here.  If you would like to have your name drawn for the prize, you have to either, become a follower, or post about this give away on your blog or do both!  The more you do the more chances you have to win!  Standard rules I guess!  If you live in Canada and need a Stampin Up Demonstrator, just click on the SU button on my sidebar and Kim can help you with whatever you need!

Here is the Blog Candy! I will give a description tomorrow! It will be up until October 1st and will post winner on October 2nd!

Thank you so much for dropping bye and I hope that you have been inspired on your little visit here!  There is more inspiration to see and don't forget that there will be some prizes along the way!  So the next on this hop is Kazan.  Remember that if you are just checking in and missed the beginning of the Hop just click on the Lawn Fawn link above, or in my sidebar to get in on the fun!

Thanks so much for dropping bye.  I hope that you might think about helping out this amazing Card Drive.  If not this time around, maybe the next time.  So many kids are in the hospital going through some tough stuff  and a card from someone special like you is just what they might need to make their day brighter!

Take Care & God Bless
Dana

Dana, these are both so wonderfully warm and delightful! I just know these are going to make two very special children so happy! The details you put into each one are incredible! I love the look of the layered clouds and sun on your teddy card, and that dino die-cute is just too stinking cute! Thank you for sharing the answer to the riddle, too -- that would have driven me crazy for days -- LOL! Thank you, too, for helping me get started with Cards for Kids. I love you, dear friend!
